Warranty conditions

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

Räder Technik Schweiz AG (RäderTechnik) provides this guarantee to end customers for light alloy rims marked with the 5-year Swiss guarantee. It applies without prejudice to mandatory statutory liability regulations, such as under the Product Liability Act, in cases of intent and gross negligence, due to injury to life, limb or health by RäderTechnik or its vicarious agents.

An end customer within the meaning of this guarantee commitment is any natural or legal person who is the owner of the product and has not purchased it in order to resell it or to install it for third parties as part of their commercial or independent professional activity. The first customer is the end customer who first purchased the product from a dealer or other legal entity that sells or installs the product as part of its commercial or independent professional activity. The warranty conditions are valid for alloy wheels sold by RäderTechnik and additionally marked with the 5-year Swiss warranty, which first customers have purchased against proof of purchase from 01.07.2013.

The product must already have exhibited the defect that caused the damage at the time of purchase. Claims for compensation for consequential damage or product liability are only valid in accordance with the mandatory statutory provisions.
