When it comes to sporty vehicles, the ONE is our horse in the stable. A racy motorsport rim that is also suitable for road vehicles thanks to extensive tests and trials.

The ONE is available in sizes 15 and 17-19 inches. In some cases, the rim can even be offered in original sizes so that no approval from the road traffic authorities is necessary.

From a rim width of 9.5 inches, the ONE is manufactured using the flow forming process in order to be able to combine minimum weight with maximum stiffness even in the wider versions.

The ONE is designed for use with TPMS sensors.

Flow Forming

In flow forming, the rim base of the cast blank is rolled out under the influence of heat in an additional production step.

The material is compacted by the rolling process, giving it greater strength and stability. As a result, thinner walls can be achieved in the rim base, which naturally also has a positive effect on the weight of the wheel.

As there is a significant weight advantage, especially with larger rim widths, we offer our wheels from a width of 9.5 inches as flow forming models.
